Default House System
Choose the house system applied to every new chart — still switchable per chart.
Set the house system you use most as the app-wide default, so every chart opens the way you work.

In Settings, pick your default from the six systems — Placidus, Koch, Regiomontanus, Porphyry, Equal or Whole-Sign. New charts open with it applied.
Still switchable per chart
The default is just a starting point. Within any open chart you can switch the house system on the fly to compare, and the cusps, house numbers and house-dependent panels redraw instantly. See House systems for what changes when you switch.
One choice, everywhere
Setting the default means you're not re-selecting your preferred system on every chart — it's there from the moment a chart opens, every time.
