Gemini AI key & model — bring your own Google Gemini key to unlock every ✨ Interpret button. Optional — the rest of ChartVault works without it.
Invoices & Tax — define your own tax rates and business number; supports compound tax (PST on GST) and tax-inclusive pricing, and receipts reconcile to the cent.
Default house system — choose the house system applied app-wide (still switchable per chart).
Backup & migration — export every client, session and transit record to a single JSON file, and restore it on a new machine. Moving your practice is one click.
Language — the interface and the email templates are fully localized; English is the default, with more languages added regularly.
